Anyone with even a small interest in horse racing must at one time have tried to find a system to bet with that would bring untold riches for very little work. A quick Google for horse racing betting systems will bring up millions of results, many of which promise thousands of pounds for very little effort or investment of time and money. Is there such a system out there? My theory is that there are horse racing systems that win consistently.
